Who likes Percy Jackson? Percy Jackson is a novel about a boy who discovers he is a son of the Greek god, Poseidon. He goes on many adventures and tries to save the world. Along the way, author Rick Riordan adds new characters to make the most epic battle in the end. It makes readers laugh with the funny perspectives and hold in a scream with the unexpected twists. Percy Jackson is a perfect series for ages 10 and older. It has a great fictional mythology storyline. If you read chapter1of any of the books I bet you’ll want to keep on reading. The newest and final addition to the series, The Heroes of Olympus, is The Blood of Olympus. While the entire crew of the Argo 2 goes to Athens in hope to stop Gaia [the earth goddess] Nico, Reyna, and Coach Hedge go to the warring camps [camp Half-blood, Camp Jupiter the Greek and Roman camps] with the Athena Parthenos to try and stop them. Even though it is tempting to take it and use it as a weapon its place is to help the warring camps. Gaia will rise if two of the demigods of the crew of the Argo2 die during the feast of Spes [the goddess of Hope]. Gaia’s children the giants that have already risen and they can only be defeated if demigods and gods work together. What happens next? You have to read the book to find out!
